Schecter 1980s USA PT Sunburst With OHSC - Used apbatch038 Fashioned from mahoganyHere we have a 1980s Schecter PT, or what is also known as the "Saturn" model. Story goes that in September 1979, Pete Townshend's guitar tech Alan Rogan picked up a custom built Tele style guitar made from Schecter guitar parts from Manny's in Manhattan. He introduced it to Townshend during a run of shows at Madison Square Garden. Townshend quickly became attached to the guitar and shortly after had more models built for him by both Schecter and
